More Homemade Spa Treatments

Here we are concentrating upon some more great homemade spa treatments!

When you use essential oils in a massage it combines both the touch and smell senses giving you an instant physical and mental boost.

You can use singular oil or a mixture of two, three or four oils. But choosing the right oil for your homemade spa treatments is very important as the aroma and mix will vary depending on whether you wish to refresh, restore or relax the body.

As with all essential oils they will need to be diluted with a carrier oil before massaging them into your skin, the basic homemade oil treatment recipe should be;
