Relaxing Herbal Pillows

If you've been having trouble sleeping, try using herbal pillows to help you relax you and drift off to sleep.

For a great homemade sleep remedy, simply place one of these little pouches into your pillowcase to relax you and help you to sleep.

When gathering herbs and flowers for their relaxant therapeutic values, its best to collect them on a warm dry day after the morning dew has cleared. Leaves need to be gathered before they are completely developed. This way you can be sure they retain all their therapeutic values for maximum benefits.

To dry the herbs spread them on a tray and leave for a while to allow any insects to crawl away, and then let them dry in the sun, green house or in the oven on a low heat.

Gather the edges of the fabric and tie a ribbon around the neck of the pouch in order to hold the flowers in. leave room for the flowers to breathe and let out the aroma.
