Shipping My Homemade Cream

by Veronica
(Willow Spring, NC)

I am using Shea/cocoa butter, emu and Grape-seed oils....
I also use essential oils.
My problem is finding a way to ship without my all over body cream from melting and turning to oil when it gets to friends..etc..
I whip it nice and creamy and want it to stay that way. I do NOT want HARD creams...
Any in put...thank you....V

Shipping your homemade creams
by: Angela

Hi Veronica
As the ingredients you are using are all natural, the cream will have a tendency to separate unless it's thickened with a little wax or more Shea butter in the recipe. I know this is not what you wanted to hear, and I'm going to do some more research on the topic to see if there is a solution. But meanwhile if anyone has stumbled on a solution to this problem we would be very grateful for an answer.
