Here's my recipe for Homemade Rhubarb Jam
Ingredients
5 cups rhubarb--cut up
4 cups sugar
1 pkg. raspberry, gelatin strawberry, cherry
your choice
Method
Cover cut rhubarb with sugar and let
stand overnight, in the A.M.cook until
mixture begins to boil, then let boil for
5 min. only. Remove from heat and stir in gelatin,
Pour in jars and seal.
WHIP CREAM W/ STAYING POWER
1 pint whipping cream
1 pkg. Jello instant pudding,vanilla
Mix together and beat.
will last about a week in frig.
