More Homemade Chocolate Candy Recipes

Nutty Chocolate Clusters

Nutty Chocolate Clusters

What you will need

  • 6oz (175g) white chocolate
  • 6oz (175g) dark chocolate
  • 3 1/2 oz (100g) graham crackers (digestive biscuits)
  • 3 1/2 oz (100g) chopped brazil nuts or macadamia nuts

Method

  1. Line a cookie tray with some baking parchment

  2. Break up the white chocolate and place it in a heat proof bowl and then melt it in the microwave for about a minute or until fully melted.

    Make Nutty Chocolate Clusters

     

  4. Break up the graham crackers and add them to the melted chocolate along with the nuts.


  5. Place heaped teaspoons of the mixture on to the lined cookie tray and the leave to chill.

    Making  Chocolate Candy Recipes

     

  7. Melt the dark chocolate in the same way as you did the white chocolate and leave it to cool slightly before dipping the chilled clusters into it.


  8. Once the clusters have been coated with the dark chocolate place them back on to the baking parchment and place in the refrigerator to harden.


  9. Eat within 1 week

What you will need

  • 4oz (125g) milk chocolate
  • 2 1/2 oz (50g) mini marshmallows or large ones cut in to small pieces
  • 1/4 cup (25g) chopped walnuts
  • 1 oz (25g) no-soak chopped apricots

 

Making Rocky Road Bites

Method

  1. Line a cookie tray with some baking parchment


  2. Break up the chocolate and place it in a heat proof bowl and then melt it in the microwave for about a minute or until fully melted


  3. Stir the nuts, apricots and marshmallows in with the chocolate and then place heaped teaspoons of the mixture on to the lined cookie tray and the leave to chill.


  4. Eat within 2 weeks
